At Fassir, your dreams are sacred. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to full transparency about what we collect and why. This policy is written in plain human language — because you deserve to understand how your data is handled.
1. What We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. When you interpret and save a dream, we securely store the dream text, its interpretation, and your personal notes — solely to display them back to you. We also collect your language preference and preferred interpretation lens. When you subscribe, billing data is handled by a secure payment processor — we never see or store your card number.
2. Why We Collect It
We use your data exclusively to deliver the service: to interpret your dreams, personalize your experience, and give you access to your dream history. If you opted in to the newsletter, we send you weekly dream content. We use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the platform.
3. Your Dreams Are Completely Private
Your dreams are visible only to you. We never share your dream texts with any person or external party. We never use your dreams to train AI models. Your dream text is sent to our AI system to generate the interpretation in real-time only — it is not retained by our AI provider.
4. We Never Sell Your Data — Ever
We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party, at any time, for any price. This is an absolute commitment.
5. Secure Payment Processing
All subscription payments are processed by a certified, secure payment processor. We never see your card numbers and they are never stored on our servers. Your financial information stays fully protected with the payment provider.
6. Deleting Your Account & Data
You can delete your account and all your data at any time from the Settings page in your dashboard. Upon deletion, all your dreams, interpretations, notes, and account data are permanently erased from our database. You can also request a copy of your data by contacting us.
7. Cookies
We use cookies for: session authentication (to keep you logged in), language and preference storage, and anonymized analytics to understand how the platform is used and improve it.
8. GDPR Rights (EU Residents)
If you are in the EU, you have the right to access, delete, port, restrict, and object to the processing of your data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at: https://fassir.ai/en/contact — we will respond within 30 days.
9. Data Security
We enforce row-level database security — meaning each user can only access their own data. We use standard encryption for data in transit and at rest, plus CAPTCHA protection against bot abuse.

11. Service Providers
We work with carefully selected service providers to operate our platform, including cloud infrastructure, AI processing, payment handling, email delivery, security, and analytics providers. All providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
12. Data Retention
Your personal data and dreams are stored for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your data is permanently deleted within 90 days including from all backups.
13. Your Rights
