Dream Interpretation of Wine: Sin or Celebration

Al-Nabulsi interpreted wine as a symbol of strife, enmity, and hatred, and it may indicate the removal of a leader from his position. Drinking wine for someone intending to marry could suggest compatibility and union, while for a sick person, it might signify recovery or death. Pressing grapes for wine symbolizes serving those in power through devious means. A foul smell of wine represents a bad reputation. In rare cases, wine may indicate healing from pain if it does not lead to intoxication.

Imam al-Sadiq views wine in a vision as interpreted in several ways: forbidden wealth, an invalid marriage, or immersion in worldly desires while forgetting the afterlife. If one sees themselves selling wine, it indicates engaging in falsehood and spreading corruption.
